What to Include on Bachelorette Party Invitations

Bachelorette invites are the first impression your guests get of your party, and set the tone for the entire weekend. We love getting creative with it and send out invites that match the theme and get people excited for the party, and guests love setting their lock screens on their phones to the itinerary for the weekend. So, if you’re asking What information should I put on bachelorette party invites? We’re here to tell you:

  1. Bride’s Name

Make sure your guests know who they are celebrating. Include the bride’s name, or better yet, include it in the theme of the party!

  2. Theme

Because your invites are the first impression of the party, set the tone by keeping the color palette consistent with the decor. We prefer minimal card decoration (like the pineapple on our Tropic Like It’s Hot Invite) so that the information is clear and easy to read. If you have a fun name for the party, make sure to include that, as well.

  3. Date and Time

This may seem obvious, but don’t forget to include when the party is, and what time people should arrive.

  4. Location

This is an easy line to forget even if everyone knows where the party is. If you don’t know the exact address of where you will be staying, you can just put a city name down and send out the address later.

  5. Itinerary

Including an itinerary on the invitation makes sure that guests keep their invite. Your bachelorettes will love that they can start planning their outfits for the party. If you send digital invites, we’ve seen guests set it as their lock screen for the weekend so they stay in the loop.

  6. RSVP

This is the most forgotten line. Make sure to include your contact info (we prefer texting) so you can get a head count and field any questions your guests might have. RSVPs should not be the bride’s responsibility, because she’s probably already busy trying to track down RSVPs for her wedding.

  7. Check-In Instructions

If you already have the check-in info for your hotel or AirBnB, this is great to include for people who are arriving early or late. This is also information that can be sent out later, but having it all in one place is really nice.

  8. (Bonus) Packing List

If you want to be the maid of honor that everyone loves, include a packing list of the essentials that every guest should bring for each night. This is especially helpful if you have a color scheme you want people to wear on a night out, or if you have an activity like swimming or hiking that requires an extra set of clothing.

We hope this was helpful! If you don’t feel like creating an invite from scratch, we have some beautiful pre-made bachelorette templates that work with Canva. All you have to do is input your info and hit send!
